TEACHING METHODS

General workshop

We don’t think much of typical school lessons. In our workshops, we deal with current topics in English, practise and discuss them.

We also offer an APP on request. Employees can use this to revisit the topic and consolidate what they have learned.

Thematic workshop

We work in small groups on typical group situations and practise using the language. The participants are involved in simple role plays.

We are happy to modify the examples and scripts according to your wishes and requirements.

Individual coaching on the job

Our native coach spends some time directly with the employees in the field. He discusses the current requests, assists your employees and gives tips on how to use the language optimally.

For example, email inquiries can be answered together or discussions can be held with important customers.

How long does it take my team to speak perfect English?

It is not necessary to speak perfect English. The customers will always understand if there is a slight slip. The important thing is that normal conversation is possible at a normal pace. How long this takes depends above all on the prior knowledge of the employees and the intensity of the training.

Can we hold a trial session one day?

Nobody likes to buy a pig in a poke. We are happy to offer you a small workshop lasting one hour. We will sit down with your managers and discuss the current situation and then draw up an individual concept for you.

How many employees can be in a workshop at the same time?

We usually group the teams and form a group of 4-5 participants. This allows us to respond to each individual and achieve sustainable success.

When and where do the workshops always take place?

All workshops take place at your company. This means that employees are only absent from their workplace for the absolutely necessary time. We will be happy to draw up a workshop plan and will also adapt to your wishes regarding the days of the week and times.

Do you also offer special courses?

We can also offer you courses in sales, telephone service and management training – also in German. Especially in times of internet, digital marketing & co, the demands on the sales team are constantly changing. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.
